Loosing fat in human’s body is giving a lot of concern today especially in people between the age of 20-60.The older you get, the easier it is to gain fat. Losing body fat is not difficult as some may think. Although many people make so much mistake when it comes to this matter. You simply need to eat right and exercise. However, many times people exercise a particular part of the body which seems to be making them uncomfortable. This might only result into building up of those particular muscles but generally won't reduce as much fat as one would like.
The trick to losing fat is to watch what you eat every day, be sure you exercise four days a week and let your exercise include aerobic activity like cycling, running, biking, jogging, swimming etc. You may likely gain more weight if you don't have heavy laboring jobs or activities, if your calorie intake is much reduce it. I suggest you work on your diet. Make out a time table for yourself. Don't just do it to reduce fat but also to keep your body healthy because your heart loves aerobic activity.
Once you know your caloric intake, you'll then have to reduce some of the food that you eat. Find out what is best for you. As long as you have an energy deficit, you will gradually lose body fat. Ideally, you should aim to lose no more than 1lb - 1.5 lbs per week. If you are obese, then you should try to lose no more than 1% of your bodyweight per week. Any more than means you are sacrificing muscle.
Women seem to lose fat at a slower rate than men, because they store fat more efficiently than men as it is needed during and after pregnancy. The fat around the waist, belly and lower back areas for men, and the upper thigh and buttocks, area for women may seem a bit difficult to lose because these areas are comprised of mostly brown adipose tissue (fat). Vegetable juices (raw) and Fruits could serve a very good purpose. They are known as cleansers, energizers, builders and regenerators of the human system. A combination of them will increase vitality and aids weight loss if done appropriately.
Fruits and vegetables promote weight loss because
they are low in calories. they are low in fat.

become too hungry or too tired
